Beach Body Workout For The Modern Lady

Hello Dear Reader,
With the onset of spring weather and the looming threat of beach season how could this writer not look into some of the best workouts to get that beach body.
And here it is, according to Etiquette and Household Advice Manuals from 1880, the best calisthenic workout for ladies. There’s no equipment needed. You can do this workout in your very own living room.

The workout starts with chest exercises. Then moves on to posture.
And that’s all! Because really ladies if you’re caring yourself well who needs to have washboard abs or killer legs.
Just kill the look.
And if, dear reader, you want to be banging on the beach but do not feel great about your body. There are always fabulous, fabulous! options in beach robes and pajamas out there.

So go ladies, be strong and rock the beach. This writer is off to work on her chest now.
Ps, this writer did in fact try this workout because she would never recommend something she had not tried. While it was not great for any of the muscle groups suggested it was an amazing ab workout from all of the laughing that ensued.
