Think, dear reader, what is your hair like?
Do you straighten it to straw or is it frizzy and fluffed out? Are you a Louise Brooks or a Lady Godiva?
This writer has asked where did this obsession with our hair (and the implications that a simple hair cut can have) come from?

Where do most things that dictate the restrictions placed on the female sex come from? Yes, dear reader, you guessed it that great book of rules that are completely relevant to modern society: the bible.
First Corinthians 11:15 calls a woman’s hair “if it is abundant…a glory to her.”
Well, not to disrespect the Corinthians (but perhaps a little) why are a bunch of blue-nosed ancients determining how we, modern, empowered ladies where our hair?
Fear not, dear readers, Louise Brooks has set the new standard for freedom in fringe, fluff, and lock.

Whether you’d like to strut your ability to pay thousands of dollars for a down-to-there weave or to hit the trimmers hair has become the first expression of self.
So, dear reader, how do you wear your hair? What’s your favorite way to shock the world when walking down the street?
